continue. Life here in Spirit is a non stop go forward,
progressive existence. Every Spirit is active, some inhabiting
the earth and some elsewhere in the Universe. We are all
trying to progress towards the perfection I told you about
before. Some of us, like myself, take the duty of guardian of a
Spirit in flesh. The more you realise that we are here the
easier it is for us, the less you realise the harder for us. We
have no shape. We are perhaps better described as a thought
form. Those who want to be recognised by friends who have
recently passed over can assume a form that the newcomer
can easily recognise. Say on Earth the newcomer knew that
Spirit as a person with one arm or one leg then the Spirit
would assume that shape, though a spirit needs no legs or
arms or any human part as you do not need them to think.
Picture yourself in a totally dark room, lying in bed, thinking.
Your thoughts do not come from any of your limbs though
they are contained within our head unless you are in the
Astral, (world). We can move freely through walls, space, and
water. All we need to do is think where we want to be and we
are there. You can move like this while in the Astral. Astral is
the nearest you can get to being in Spirit without passing over
through death.”
I thanked him for all this information. I asked God to bless him.
“Your blessings are very welcome. Whilst in the flesh and in
the army I often committed grave sins. Though a soldier I
often did kill unnecessarily and consequently need all the
blessing I get.” I asked him what the next stage of my
development would be in connection with him? “You will
attend more meetings and through those there become more
capable of being able to contact us. It is necessary that you do
not rush things as correct guidance is important. If you find it
