Webb came and gave more information about his Earth life. I
found that when ever teachings were given they were very
often followed by some easier communications, apparently to
lighten the intensity of what had been given. “I will tell you
more about myself. I told you where I was born in England
and how I came to be in Ireland in 1647. (I was) with
Cromwell’s troops and found bad deeds being performed
against the people. I realised that what was being done by our
forces was against the normal rules of warfare in that it was
not being confined to the warring forces but that innocent
people were being drawn in and wilfully slaughtered. It was a
terrible period in history. Innocents had being drawn into
battle before, but never on such a scale as this and never
slaughtered so viciously or needlessly. I was party to all this
but in the middle of all I found the message I needed.
Cromwell was not in the country at this stage in the
proceedings. Rather his generals who would justify their
misdeeds by saying they were carrying out instructions. Isn’t
it amazing that the blame is passed on, that a man cannot
admit that he has done wrong on his own, that he finds no
difficulty in doing a deed but if it goes against him he will
always blame somebody or something else. The Crusaders
blamed God. God has never requested and allowed the
destruction of a living mortal. He has asked it as a test of a
person but he has never permitted that test go that far.” My
