Spirit – Releasing the Light Within

               12/07/80

Sebastian continues, “I am always here. All you need to do is
call me. Your mind is developing well in the way that you are
becoming clairaudient, and as your writing has progressed so
will your mind. You must care about yourself, not tire
yourself on our behalf and then it will be easier. In the way
an athlete prepares so must you in Spirit. As you exercise
your mind so will it become more active and receive more
definite pictures, sounds and words. You will more readily
recognise the gift you have but be prepared to use it and then
you will benefit, as will all around you. One of the reasons
your writing is so strong is that it is a visual proof and people
will think it less strange then for you to relate the thoughts
that enter your head. You trust this form more also. Trust the
thoughts in your head, you are very sane. You could try
arguing with them and see what happens. Usually if you try
and argue with yourself you will win. Try arguing with
spiritual thoughts and you will loose. I say try.
Right, that’s another step. We have made you we are smart
and want to help you. How would you like to control a whole
army of theologians? As your mind improves you will learn to
retain the thoughts and to deliver to those concerned, clearly
not like just now with E.B. where you forgot half of what you
heard her say and didn’t know how to pick up the rest. We
will teach you. It will be far less tiring and also much quicker
using meditation.” Sebastian went of to say that he would like
me to use the music of Mendelssohn when I asked him what
