this is love. Love is fundamentally the only emotion recognised by
Spirit. We are aware that all emotions exist but only in the reality
of the human aspect of the Spirit existence.

Love is a very powerful emotion, it can be used in creation,
(not necessarily procreation), it can be used for destruction, and it
can be used to bind and again to separate. It is indeed a very
powerful emotion. Let us look at how love can effect the spiritual
evolvement of the Spirit. Firstly let us understand that the direct
opposite of love is hate as bad is the opposite of good. Now with
love exposed through meditative processes we must understand
that we also have to contend with hate. As we begin to venture
along our path balance must be maintained. Love is a very
powerful emotion and of itself provides its own protection,
however that does not take into account the human factor armed
as it is with the fragile free will. This free will can quickly
transform love into hate. Again let us be aware of this, love can
quickly transform into hate. It is very important that this is
understood because the knowledge of the use of love and the
power this emotion contains if used in hate can then become the
destructive emotion that not only destroys love but also the user
of the hate emotion. Again be aware of this. This is difficult to
speak of, as it is so alien to us here in Spirit, nonetheless we do see
the ravages of this emotion. So be aware of these two pitfalls that
we have highlighted this time for it is only by awareness that
these can be avoided.
