Spirit. These words are given to you so that you will get a greater
understanding of yourself and you will thus have a greater
relationship with Spirit. It is only by this relationship that you and
Spirit can be as one in the first place, and like the seed when it
becomes one with the ground starts to grow towards the Light, so
too your Spirit can begin to grow towards the Light.

We find that many seek to communicate with Spirit
without first taking the necessary steps in preparation of the self
for this journey. Too many read of various techniques that will
help them to "develop" a method of communication. This course
takes them on many a perilous journey until eventually they
achieve but only a small portion of the benefit they could have
had, had they spent the same time in simple meditation for
spiritual growth. There is no great secret of the ancients that will
unlock the door into this other dimension; rather there is a subtle
step to be taken. That step is but a small one towards the Light.
This step though small when taken for the first time will be the
hardest step you will ever have to take. Later you will be required
to take larger, higher, deeper, more purposeful steps but none that
will ever be as difficult. In taking this step you will find that it
cannot be taken without the full knowledge of Spirit and only with
Spirits help.

We leave you now this time as you prepare for your
second step. Yes you have taken the first, you are observing the
words of Spirit which you could not have done had you stayed
