find the imperfection that you have in your Spirit and then
provide you with the facility to illuminate as many of these
imperfections as you set out from the heavens to illuminate. Feel
free to take as much time as you need to do this task for that is the
time, the only time there is, in the Spirit concept.

The fact that you realise too much time has been taken is
only an illustration of how close you operate within the confines
of the physical cycle that is only to do with you humanism. You
will always have sufficient time to fulfil your purpose as long as
you consciously seek to fulfil it. Many find that they spend too
much time in serving the temporal needs of the body, which is a
time consuming occupation, instead of giving the short time, that
earth life is, to maximising the opportunity of spiritual
evolvement. See to it that the time you have in the flesh is spent
wisely and then you will find that much time is available to pander
to the body also.

The body deserves respect, it is a living thing, it feels, it
tastes and does all the things that enables the Spirit to assimilate
the necessary lessons that are to be learned on the earth plane.
Give that body respect but do not spoil it.
