ignorance is such an inhibiting factor. You struggle and struggle
using the same knowledge to try to lift yourself from the state of
ignorance that you still find yourself in.

Notice we have stressed that you have used the same
criterion to try to lift yourself. You must realise that it is only by
gaining fresh knowledge that a fresh start can be made in trying to
reach higher levels of understanding. Be aware that a higher level
of understanding can only be reached by going to those with a
higher knowledge. Therefore you must meditate for this also.
Having found your self you can then find the level of the self-
understanding and through further meditation seek to bring that
level of understanding higher and higher. It is necessary then that
you venture beyond the self, beyond the earth world, out, out into
the outer realms out into the realms of Spirit, to read your book of
knowledge, to use your key to the many rooms that contain the
wisdom that you seek, to firmly plant yourself in the garden of
paradise.

Seek not to glorify this excursion for it was not designed as
a task of glorification; seek not to take only the niceties from the
realisation of the self. Realise that, that which is within that
physical body though internally beautiful has a much scarred
surface, that it needs to be resurfaced, that it needs to be polished.
You are far from perfect as we too are not yet perfect but must
also seek to understand where we are on this evolutionary scale.
