We have already described the preliminary stages that are
experienced on entering into this realm. When you have overcome
the initial trials of a new-born then, like in your existence there,
you can begin to continue your journey into this world. Don't
forget that you have to refresh yourself before you can enter the
next stage, like any journey you undertake. So therefore you need
to re-ingest the knowledge that is waiting here for you before you
can fully judge the validity of the journey you have just completed.
There are similarities between your birth into the physical world
and your rebirth into this world. You do not, however, have the
need for the physical process that that world calls for but yet you
do need to adapt back into this existence. In time you learn to
leave that body you cling to behind. In time you relearn the senses
you need on this plane. In time you learn to disassociate yourself
with the concerns of earth life you have left and in time you learn
to leave the living (earth living) to those on the earth. Yes you may
still be close to those you have left behind you but not in any way
that will hinder your own progress.

Do not forget that the experiences that you gain in Spirit
will also be relevant to those that will follow you and in this way
your knowledge will be of great assistance to them. Remember the
words quoted from Jesus as being relevant, "I go to prepare a
place for you in my Fathers house." So you see it is continuous
progression, all the time helping one another to attain higher and
higher vibrations.
