meditation to allow your Spirit friends to assist you in the
transformation you have requested. Realise that though you
request of your Spirit friends, they cannot act without the
sanctioning of God that this request is to be answered. So ask God
yourself, your Spirit friends will do what is necessary, all you have
to do is wait.

Do not accept short cuts to this world, there are those who
offer quick solutions to your requests for a spiritual way,
remember that they have only their way and not yours. Proceed
with caution where others of the earth are involved, seek your
own truth always.

So to summarise the teaching of this time, we need you to
help us understand the physical world, to understand your needs,
to understand how we can best help you in the requests that you
have addressed to the Light. You need us to help you expand your
consciousness so that you can be more receptive to the knowledge
that is given, to advise you of the pitfalls that you may encounter,
and to bring you, through guidance, safely through the labyrinths
into Spirit, and on to God. We have spoken of the Spirit world and
of the death that allows your Spirit the freedom to enter it.

We have spoken on how you continue to live through
eternity. We have spoken of the many ways that Spirit guidance
can occur and how best you may be susceptible to it. We have
