very strong. Do not test its strength.

Our advice therefore is not for you to go seeking trance
like states or indeed the facility of any other phenomena, rather
let them seek you. In your time it will happen if it is necessary.
You will have noticed we referred to Spirit that is not entirely
wholesome, do not dwell on this, rather understand that there is
an existence that lends itself to this description and see that it is
not your existence.

To say that all comes from the One is not true for there are
many givers. You can be a giver, your body is yours, you can give
parts of it to others. Your body did not come from God, your Spirit
does. So be aware of this and understand the flippancy of such a
remark. You must define accurately where you wish for help to
come from, before you seek it. We have spoken on this in relation
to healing, now we speak of this again in relation to matters of
further Spirit communication.

There are many who will answer your call for help. In
calling for help in communication you announce your innocence
to all and you may be assured that there are those who listen for
such a call. Again we stress that for you to improve your
spirituality and grow more perfect, then it is only necessary that
you address your request to God, and only to God, and sit in
