wisdom that you had at the time. Never try and go back and to change
the process. You will find that you will only make similar judgements.
Apply your experience to your future and you will find that you are
sing the additional benefit of the greater wisdom you have gained
through the hindsight.

Think of how much truth you have experienced by choice. “I
have experienced that and I know”, you might say. Feel how strong
you are in saying that. Never regret doing whatever it is you have
done as the truth gained will mean you do not have to repeat the
experience and you can move on. Never think of going back to
anything. Realise the phrase “going back” is sufficient to indicate the
uselessness of the action of going back. The time that you may want
to go back to was a time when you had less experience and less
knowledge. Is that where you want to be? You will often hear your
fellows talking about the past. It is all right to remember the past, but
to live there is to live with the lack of the experience you have gained,
in this ever-changing world you have chosen to live in. Always take
responsibility for your present state. You got yourself to this state and
only you can take yourself on from where you are. There are no
shortcuts in acquiring knowledge. Remember that everything is in a
sequence and that sequence cannot be broken. It is the law of cause
and effect. We in Spirit are here to help you on your way but as a
friend. We are not your servants that are to take the burdens from your
shoulders. You placed those burdens there and it is for you to learn
whether you want to keep them there or not. If you reach a decision
we will help you in achieving te opportunity of testing this decision
within the law of cause and effect. When you see occurrences in your
life that are running in a very fast sequence then it is obvious that,
have you asked us to help you, then we are. We can only work
