Foresight.

We have discussed hindsight and how if it is positively
applied it can provide a good understanding of how your life at this
moment is as it is. If you can reasonably understand why life is as it is,
and accept that in a positive form, then it gives you the opportunity of
foresight.

Foresight is predictability. It is an ability to predict with
reasonability what the future events of your life may hold for you.
If you understand the law of cause and effect then you know the
saying “as you sow so shall you reap” will let you know that there
is a predictable outcome for any action you are about to
undertake. In fact there will be two outcomes possible. One being
a positive and the other being a negative outcome. Everybody can
apply foresight to their own future. One commodity that you will
need will be confidence. Confidence is very important as it will
allow you to venture forward whereas if you lack confidence you
will dither. You will remember that we spoke of sequence. We said
that you have time to measure passing events by . We have
sequence, we don’t have time.

When you following a spiritual path you will find sequence
takes precedence over time. “Everything happens in it’s own
time”. This means that everything has its own place in sequence. If
you understand the sequence then you will predict what comes
next. Very often man is too engrossed in his life to be able to see
what is going on. Man finds himself in the negative sequence of
events and is so busy trying to survive the initial error in choosing
the future, they can but keep pace with the negative events of life.
