Preface 1.

Many years ago I had my first encounters with Spirit when
my Spirit Guides became recognisable to me in physical terms.
Automatic Writing started. There was no heavy meditation, no
prolonged course of psychic study. I was sitting at my desk in the
office, one minute I was writing down a telephone message – and next
I found that my hand was moved and controlled by a force not my
own. I had no recollection of ever having experienced this type of
extra-sensory phenomenon before,
From the guidance received through the writing, it was
obvious to me that this was my time for an understanding of the
spiritual aspects of my being, and for my Spirit to grow within the
being that I am. A marvellous new world unfolded, there was an
added dimension to the being I was so comfortable with and that now
was changing and growing. I was aware of my own Spirit and now
aware of the world that this Spirit belonged to, the Spirit world.
It was as a result of this initial introduction to the Spirit world
and the subsequent teachings I received from Spirit through automatic
writing, that I found myself realising I had the ability to be a spiritual
healer. Spirit made no mystery of the situation: Spirit Guides
explained quite clearly hoe the role of the channel was to be attained,
maintained and utilised. I had no other way of learning how to be a
