under. It is becoming common practice for parents to place
their infant children under the care of others. In Indigenous
cultures this practice is also quite common though with
indigenous culture the reasons are dissimilar to western
society. In our society we entrust the care of our children to
others so that we can pursue a career or take up work,
essentially we do this for our own convenience. In other
societies, while it is also convenient it serves a greater
purpose and is of direct benefit to the child. In these other
societies the care of the child is usually bestowed on to the
grandparent or grandparents. It is a wonderful way for the
child. Grandparents tend to respect and honour the child in a

them and indeed to the child. All children love their
grandparents and enjoy being with them. It is a time of
learning for the child, lessons learned through love. In modern
society most people are living a very stressful life and cannot
give this type facility to the child as the time factor plays so

confusion and frustration, where it suffers a pain that is
neither physical or emotional, it is the pain of being separated
from God. It is not our function to give you answers but to
give you awareness that will enable you to raise the questions
that Spirit can answer for you by directing you to the
