There are some people who are just naturally negative. If you have someone like that on your team, they should be excluded from the meeting. This meeting is too important to be squelched by those kinds of people. Keep them away.
Imagine Anything is Possible
Let’s just assume that all things are possible, without limit. Get your whole team thinking like this. Let them all just bounce ideas around and challenge each other to be radical and propose things that may never be possible but are at least nice things to dream you could have.
Your business plan has results to achieve. What will help achieve those results? Is there anything at all you don’t have now that would ease the burden of meeting the goals? What “magic” do you need?
Also, what about your customer? What will make your customers absolutely love you? When they buy your product, what problem are they trying to solve? How could you solve that problem better? How can you make your customer’s life easier? How can you
