can connect to the Internet. This is to assure that all employees, agents, partners and even customers can access our corporate information. Whether it is an employee working from a remote location, an agent face to face with a customer or a field office we may open in the future, we want accessibility to our corporate data to be universal. We have no current plans for customer access but some of the new product ideas we have would be enhanced by that capability. So, we will include it in our requirements.
The software will provide what we are calling “end to end” support. We want to provide seamless processing for every business process required to support our products and customers. When a process is started, such as a withdrawal or new policy submission or any other such transaction, the software will be capable of performing the entire process without the need to “hand it off” to another person, department, or other software system to complete. This will ensure every business transaction is handled only one time, the customer can get it completed with just one interaction with us and the software will
