Maria Symeon



             Founder






             Maria is an organisation and executive development specialist and award-winning coach

             with over 15 year’s experience working in a variety of business contexts and international

             cultures. She has worked extensively in the areas of executive coaching, leadership develop-

             ment and talent management, and strategy.






             Maria holds a first degree in Psychology and a Masters in Occupational Psychology. She also

             holds a Certificate in Supervision for Coaching & Consultancy from the Tavistock Institute.

             Her approach to OD and professional coaching is systemically and psychodynamically in-
             formed.







             Maria is the founder of Future’s Edge and Executive Coaching Edge.





             Linda Bullen


             Senior Consultant






             Linda is an Occupational Psychologist with over 15 years experience of delivering organi-

             sational development, behavioural change and talent management programmes.  Linda’s

             sector experience includes: financial services, oil industry, computer software, Olympic level

             sport, public sector and not for profit.


             An experienced coach and facilitator Linda has significant experience in leadership devel-

             opment. She is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and an AoEC Accredited Professional

             Executive Coach.





             Joel Osborne


             Senior Consultant


             Joel is a behavioural change specialist with 25 years of experience in areas including Busi-

             ness Ethics, Governance, risk and compliance, and high impact learning and development.

             This includes 15 years at PwC where he was the Director leading the Business Ethics consult-

             ing team.


             Joel has a track record of working with clients to develop and implement tangible pro-

             grammes of change both proactively and in crisis situations to help safeguard reputation,

             enhance performance and build confidence. He has extensive international, multicultural

             and cross industry experience.


             Joel is a Fellow of the ICAEW and a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts. He regularly

             speaks at external conferences and has developed thought leadership on topics including

             ‘Tone from the Top’; ‘Codes of Conduct; and ‘Conduct in a resilient organisation’.
