Maria is an organisation and executive development specialist and award-winning coach with

over 15 year’s experience working in a variety of business contexts and international cultures. She

has worked extensively in the areas of executive coaching, leadership development and talent

management, and strategy.

Maria holds a first degree in Psychology and a Masters in Occupational Psychology. She also holds

a Certificate in Supervision for Coaching & Consultancy from the Tavistock Institute. Her approach to

OD and professional coaching is systemically and psychodynamically informed.

Maria is the founder of Future’s Edge and Executive Coaching Edge.

Linda is an Occupational Psychologist with over 15 years experience of delivering
organisational development, behavioural change and talent management pro-

grammes. Linda’s sector experience includes: financial services, oil industry, com-

puter software, Olympic level sport, public sector and not for profit.

An experienced coach and facilitator Linda has significant experience in leadership

development. She is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and an AoEC Accredit-

ed Professional Executive Coach.
