they work. Padraig has worked in this area for over 12 years and his particular areas of interest relate to coach-

ing, developing leadership and improving culture in organisations. Padraig’s sector experience includes: profes-

sional services, financial services, oil industry, pharma, retail, public sector and not-for-profit.

Padraig holds a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational Psychology. He also holds a diploma in manage-

ment and is an accredited coach.
