5. Open fueling module door (if applicable), and remove dust cover from vehicle fueling
receptable. Verify that the O-ring is present.

and in good condition

6. Remove fueling nozzle from dispenser holder or fill post.

7. Inspect fueling hose and nozzle for possible damage
prior to fueling vehicle. Any hose or nozzle found to
be damaged must not be used and must be reported
to authorized maintenance personnel.
