Turn all open-flame and
high-intensity heaters off
by switch and breaker

in front of the repair bay that
you will utilize
2.2. Inspect the CNG fuel system
for damage or leaks
Walk around the vehicle
using sight, sound and
smell sensing for damage
or leaks
Visible signs (bent or
damaged
components)
Audible signs (a light
hissing sound)
Smell (a light odor of
rotten eggs)
Use handheld methane
detector to perform leak
check on valves, PRDs and
related plumbing
