To do a good job at perpetuating my client’s
                                principles I need to get to know them,

                                understand what is important to them, their
                                marriage and their family.  You can’t do that
                                with a questionnaire.



                                After the initial meeting, you can expect that

                                your attorney will have some follow up
                                questions.  This is normally handled without a
                                live meeting, i.e. email, phone call.  Then you
                                move to the review phase.  This phase is where
                                you will review the initial draft of all of the
                                documents associated with your estate plan

                                with your estate plan team.  Most of the time,
                                we are able to make simple modifications at
                                this second meeting.  In rare situations, we will
                                execute the draft documents while we make

                                final modifications and deliver a final time on a
                                different date.



                                If you’re working with a reputable lawyer, you
                                should be able to  get through the estate
                                planning process from start to finish in 4 to 6

                                weeks. The estate plan should also include a
                                healthcare directive (a document which
                                expresses your desires as it relates to
