                                                                                                                                                                                                     Pictured is the Mainil family’s Yamaha
                                                                                                                                                                                                     snowmobile lineup. It has grown with the family
                                                                                                                                                                                                     over the years. It all started with father Dale’s first
                                                                                                                                                                                                     motorbike, a 1975 Enduro 80.  The first Yamaha
                                                                                                                                                                                                     snowmobile Dad owned was a 1984 SRV.
                                                                                                                                                                                                       From then on, he and our family have only
                                                                                                                                                                                                     ridden Yamaha.  Now he and my mom, Deana,
                                                                                                                                                                                                     along with their four children and spouses, enjoy
                                                                                                                                                                                                     spending winter weekends at the cabin riding
                                                                                                                                                                                                     their favourite blue machines. The sleds have
                                                                                                                                                                                                     ranged from the earlier ET models to a 1994
                                                                                                                                                                                                     Bravo 250, a 1997 700SX, a 1999 SX Vmax 500,
                                                                                                                                                                                                     a 2001 SXR 600, and eventually to the modern
                                                                                                                                                                                                     fleet of four-stroke machines shown here. The
                                                                                                                                                                                                     lineup has evolved and grown with the family.
