/// LETTERS TO THE
FLEET OF FUN
Pictured is the Mainil family’s Yamaha
snowmobile lineup. It has grown with the family
over the years. It all started with father Dale’s first
motorbike, a 1975 Enduro 80. The first Yamaha
snowmobile Dad owned was a 1984 SRV.
From then on, he and our family have only
ridden Yamaha. Now he and my mom, Deana,
along with their four children and spouses, enjoy
spending winter weekends at the cabin riding
their favourite blue machines. The sleds have
ranged from the earlier ET models to a 1994
Bravo 250, a 1997 700SX, a 1999 SX Vmax 500,
a 2001 SXR 600, and eventually to the modern
fleet of four-stroke machines shown here. The
lineup has evolved and grown with the family.
