                             I hope everyone has been enjoying the mild days of January with the extra sunshine,
                             although we do need rain and snow. At the same time, I believe we all have concern

                             Speaking of winter and rain, yes, our sprinkler systems in our front yards are turned

                             Changing topics, I’d like to remind those who have not returned their Housing for
                             Older Persons Act (HOPA) forms to the front office to please do so. If you need

                             On another subject, please be aware that it can be very hazardous to park a car on the
                             street too close to a corner or a bend in the street. Two of our residents, each in a          Board of Directors
                             separate vehicle, recently narrowly avoided a head-on crash in the middle of the road         Mary Gale, President
                             because one driver had to swing wide to avoid hitting the parked car on its right. At     Terry Eyrich, Vice President
