As most of you are aware by now, General Manager Spiro Stamos will be
leaving The Club at the end of this month. Although we will miss Spiro, The Retreat Facility Hours
the Board has been working with FirstService Residential to find a Monday - Friday
replacement. It is my pleasure to announce that the Board of Directors has selected Laura Young 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
as the new General Manager and she will be starting on Monday, September 26. Laura comes to us Saturday & Sunday
with close to 15 years of HOA Management experience. 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
We are thrilled to have Laura as the new General Manager and know she will do great things for
us at The Club. The Board looks forward to working closely with her on projects, Association FirstService Residential

I’m sure most of you are aware Board Member Sherri Stein recently passed away. I’m Resident Portal
so deeply sorry for our loss. Many of you have asked how we are going to fill her Board https://theclubatwestpark.connectresident.com/
vacancy. We have been advised by our attorney we do not have to have another election, therefore
the Board will be meeting in Executive session within the next two weeks to vote on her Board of Directors

At our September meeting I asked the Board to appoint a Liaison for an Ad Hoc committee to Dick Tipton, Treasurer
clean up our governing documents and rules. In many cases our CC&Rs and PRGs are not Tom Stevens, Secretary
in alignment. The Board appointed Tom Stevens and if you are interested in helping Tom make
