A big round of applause to residents Herb and Kari Lindner for hosting a beautiful presentation on how to make Sourdough Bread.
They had a nice display with various cheeses, butter, olive oil and balsamic vinegar for tasting with several varieties of Sourdough
bread to include: Jalapeño Cheddar, Rosemary Garlic, Olive Parmesan, and Smoked Sun Dried Tomato. Herb started making Sour-
dough bread in January 2020 and has had fun learning and perfecting the process. Thank you so much for all of the care and time you
put into this experience for your neighbors.
