Happy Spring!
With the drought continuing yet another year, the water restriction placed on the Community
by the City of Roseville is very strict. BrightView Landscape stays in communication with
the city and follows the guidelines set in place. Currently, the water application is set for
Monday and Friday only. Each home receives two (2) watering times for five (5) minutes
each runtime. The drip system does not have restrictions and runs more frequently with less
water. The month of May will be the next opportunity for water to increase for one (1) more day – however, that will, again, depend on the
city restrictions.
In order to assist the lawns with a little love, aeration and fertilization will be taking place during the last week of March. This is a serious
attempt to allow everyone’s lawns better access to water as well as nutrients to grow healthy. Be aware that the plugs from the aeration will
remain on the lawns. They will not cause any harm or damage but provide more nutrients back into the ground as they decompose.
On another note, with the lovely springtime weather, there are more and more members walking their dog(s) in the Community. Please re-
member that each dog owner is responsible, not only for picking up after them, but disposing of that little bag in a proper receptacle. Leav-
