membership will see the same line-by-line presentation which the Board will

express their thoughts on the proposed budget. While it is true that only the Customer Care Center
Board of Directors have a vote on the budget, it is felt that members should be (800) 428-5588
given an opportunity to speak before a vote is taken. We expect a full house at Resident Portal

I am sorry to say we are still seeing new cases of COVID here at The Club. Dick Tipton, President
The symptoms of the new strain seem to be generally less severe, but it has Mary Gale, Vice President
been reported that infants and senior citizens have been more vulnerable. Tom Stevens, Treasurer
There has been no discussion about modified Retreat hours or mask mandates; Linda Mohr, Secretary

                                                                                                                    Email: boardofdirectors@tcwp.net
A gentle reminder: assessments are due October 1st. There still seems to be
some confusion about the “15-day grace period” for dues. Our assessments are 2023 Board of Directors
due on the first day of the month of a new quarter. They are past due if not Monthly Meetings
received and recorded by the fifteenth day. Even if a member has postmark Meetings are open to all
evidence that dues were mailed before the fifteenth, they will still be charged members of the Association.
late fees if their payment was not received and recorded prior to the fifteenth. Next Meeting
Our delinquency rate is relatively low compared to other HOAs and we would Wednesday, October 25th at 3pm
like to keep it that way with members following the current assessment policy.
I’m sure I’m speaking for the whole Board when I say I am looking forward to Onsite Association Staff
serving the community on the Board of Directors once again. Our decisions 916-771-7801
will be made based upon the best interests of the community, and we will Laura Young, General Manager
