It seems that everyone will eventually need

          Work order process:

When an email or call is received asking for landscape assistance (irrigation, shrubs, pruning, etc.) a work order is created. Sometimes,
management will observe a concern and issue a work order on your behalf. At the time the work order is created, if FirstService Residential has
a current email address on file for your account, you will receive notification that a work order has been issued. Sometimes this email will be
sent to your junk or spam account.

The process that follows seems to be confusing many of you who receive the work order update notifications. Let me try my best to explain the
          process:
              1. Management receives a report that irrigation does not appear to be working properly
              2. Management will issue a work order to the landscape company to assess and repair irrigation as needed
              3. Landscapers find irrigation issues and make repairs; however, they also find that several shrubs have suffered and need replacement
              4. The work order for the irrigation repair is COMPLETE as this was the initial request. You will receive an email notification that the work
order has been COMPLETED. Even if the landscaper advises that some plants died due to irrigation, it is not part of the original request
              5. The plant replacement requires a brand-new work order which will be issued and processed separately from the original irrigation
                  concern

Many times, the initial work order is asking the landscapers for an assessment of findings. Once the issue is noted, Management can then move
forward with a proper work order for the actual work to be completed. The reason for this is that sometimes the request is not the responsibility
of the association, but that of the landscape company or even the homeowner. This process keeps track of the costs for irrigation, plant
replacement, sod, weed abatement, soil treatment, etc. It is a very tedious job behind the scenes to make sure that time and money are being
spent wisely as well as holding the proper entity accountable.
