For those members who are not currently registered with the Connect Resident Portal, please consider signing up. It allows residents to submit
service requests and view progress updates; view account balance and transaction history; access association forms and documents; contact the
management team; opt in for electronic delivery of documents; update mailing address; find answers to 200+ association-related questions. This
is entirely different than the TCWP website. Connect is a FirstService Residential website that is used to manage and maintain information on
each residence as well as the community. Connect does offer some of the same services as TCWP website, the main difference is that Connect is
tailored to each individual residence and not just the community. If you would like to register for CONNECT, please use the following link:
http://theclubatwestpark.connectresident.com and click Login and then Create Account. From there follow the prompts.

Another useful tool is ClickPay. ClickPay is similar to using your own bank’s bill-pay option to pay your quarterly assessment. The difference is
that your banks bill-pay option actually cuts a check and places the check in the mail on your behalf allowing USPS to deliver the payment
hopefully on time! It is not a direct transfer. ClickPay does not work in this fashion. It is an automatic withdrawal from your bank that reflects
payment immediately to your account on the day that it is authorized to be withdrawn from your bank. This allows you to set your quarterly as-
sessments and know that they will always arrive on time. When setting up ClickPay, you do not have to set a dollar amount either. ClickPay
knows the quarterly assessment amount for The Club at WestPark and will adjust the payment to any changes that may arise. When using this
system, you will never be late, and your payment will always be correct. If you are interested in ClickPay, you can register at https://
www.clickpay.com/custom/fsr/login.html and click Login to begin or call ClickPay directly at 888-354-0135 to assist with set up.
