PRESIDENTS COLUMN
Dick Tipton The Club at WestPark
Community Association
As I stated in the March Courier, the board had been reviewing the current policy 3240 Kennerleigh Parkway,
on facility rentals to weigh the balance between member access to the facility and Roseville, CA 95747
rental income. After discussion and consideration, the board determined that Phone: (916) 771-7801
member access was being sacrificed by a modest level of income from rentals. Fax: (916) 771-7827

The following policy revision was adopted by the board:
The facility would only be rented to member residents and not to non-members. The Retreat Facility Hours
The facility would be rented a maximum of one weekend day per week, leaving the other weekend Monday - Friday
days available to members. 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
The Cafe, Library, Kitchen, Wellness Room, Lawn, and Patio are the only areas of The Retreat Saturday & Sunday
subject to rental. 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
This policy revision would be effective May 1, 2024, due to commitments already booked.
