participate in the Open Forum Sessions. These sessions are your opportunity to voice your thoughts,
questions, concerns, and ideas to the Board. While we cannot formally act on what you voice at a current The Retreat Facility Hours

We are nearly ready to finalize the 2025 Budget. As many of you know, our Budget is composed of two
parts: Our Operating Fund and Our Reserve Fund. The Operating Fund (think: Checking Account) is
formulated by incorporating our past year’s expenses and our projections for the future year’s FirstService Residential
expenses. The Reserve Fund (think: Savings Account) is based upon a dedicated Reserve Study that Customer Care Center
incorporates the value of our common assets/components, estimates useful remaining life, and defines a (800) 428-5588
replacement cost that is carefully calculated. Once we have a total cost from these two funds, the 2025 Resident Portal
Assessment for each of our 704 homeowners is determined. https://theclubatwestpark.connectresident.com/

We will present the 2025 Budget to the membership at our October 23, 2024, meeting at 3 pm. Please
