n 1994, company faced a big problem at its Mumbai
I offi ce. One of dealer cheated company and brought
his own product ‘Maxpack’ it hampered my company

business at the financial capital of the country. Then, Shri.
C. P. Philipos asked for the help from our Kolhapur offi ce.
We extended a helping hand to the company and started
our divisional branch at Mumbai to capture the market.

Effective marketing, single rate, transparent business
strategies and a good quality machines and eff ective
service after selling the product was a key to our success.
Our customers used to market our product. Business was
stable in the market. We bought the new place for our
office. Shri. Arun Podar, the owner of the place made it

possible by renting it to us on a very less amount, and
later selling it to us at the right price and also he agreed to
take the amount in instalments. Now, Sutar family from
Kolhapur also had their own offi ce in Mumbai.
Hard work was the only reason behind this amazing
success. My idol Shri. C.P. Philipos gave me a guru mantra
