he found in a room somewhere around the ship) and

smacked a charging pirate he saw in the face with it.

Bernard was seemingly losing a battle against a pirate

when Al stumbled into the pirate. The pirate,

unexpecting the blow, fell overboard. After a little while

of skillful fighting by Captain Thomas, some stumbling

of Al, some cowering of Bernard and Hugh, and some

stupidity of pirates, all of the pirates were dead or in the

process of dying. That’s when Captain Thomas spotted a

big piece of driftwood that must have fallen off of the

ship in the chaos.

“FOLLOW ME, MEN!” He shouted through all

of the sounds of the storm. Captain Thomas, being quite

strong, had to drag poor old Al onto it, as Al had no idea
