A summer to
remember
In truth, Heriot’s never really stops. The
start of Term 1 followed a busy summer.
In football, the progression of Scottish
internationalists Eilidh Adams and Tegan
Browning continued, with the girls
selected to attend a Scottish Football
Association national training camp at
Largs, while both girls were also invited
to train once a week at the national
performance hub. Harry Stone, meanwhile,
signed a two-year professional contract
with Hearts; the goalkeeper was given
squad number 37.

In hockey, Sophie Hinds and Jessica
Thain were selected to play at the
Futures Cup for Scotland’s under-18
and under-16 teams respectively.
