Our goal is for every Bocaire member and their guests to enjoy a relaxing spa
experience. Please make your therapist aware of any special requests to make
you comfortable during your visit.

Please note the following questions that first-time visitors to the spa may have:

May I bring my phone?

Since Bocaire has a strict No Cell Phone Policy, please silence your phone when
in the treatment room and locker room.

Do I need to come earlier than my appointment time?

If it’s your first time having a massage or facial at Bocaire, please allow an extra
15 minutes for the questionnaire that you will be asked to complete before your
service. Should you wish to steam or shower beforehand, allow ample time for
this to take place before your scheduled appointment.

What if I am running late?

If you are late for your appointment, your therapist will do their best to
complete the service scheduled in the time remaining.

What is the cancellation policy?

Changes may be made up to 24 hours in advance of your scheduled treatment.
If you should cancel within less than 24 hours notice or no show for your
scheduled appointment, you will be charged for the full rate of
your Spa Treatment.
