Here, you can turn off your cell phones and take a moment to decompress,
and practice deep breathing.

Enjoy the stillness and calm of the Quiet Room.

Bocaire Quiet Room Guidelines

Please observe the quiet room as just that. It is polite to refrain from talking in
this area as other spa users might be resting, sleeping, or calmly preparing for
their spa treatment. If you must communicate with your therapist or another
person in the quiet room, please use your best hushed “spa voice.” It helps
create a tranquil atmosphere for everyone seeking peace and solitude both
before and after their treatments.

Please fill out the skincare questionnaire or massage forms if you haven’t
already done so.

Please use the restroom before your treatment.
