F. Already/yet
We often use already and yet with the present perfect. Use already with an affirmative sentence
and yet with a negative sentence. Use either already or yet in questions. Put yet at the end of the
sentence. Put already between have/has and the present participle.

Marie has been in Montreal for a month. She has already visited Quebec and
Ottawa. She has not been to Toronto yet but she plans to go soon.
Already shows that something has happened. Yet shows that something has not happened but
possibly will happen.
