                                                              Qualified electrician, Motlou  MR shared her journey of becoming
                                                              an artisan which she pursued purely on chance as commercial
                                                              subjects student in high school and failing mathematics.
                                                              Nonetheless,  she  pursued the  artisan road  and completed  an
                                                              NQF level 6 in Electrical Engineering after which she went on
                                                              a learnership programme. “I am currently a lecturer at Letaba
                                                              TVET College and I am proud to be the only woman in our
