Get God’s word in your heart before you are even tempted, so that you have it when you

need it:

 “Your word I have hidden in my heart, that I might not sin against You.” Psalm 119:11.

 “Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole

armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.” Ephesians

6:10-11.

 “How can a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed according to Your word.” Psalm

119:9.

 Remember your covenant with God:

 “How then can I do this great wickedness, and sin against God?” Genesis 39:9.

 “I have made a covenant with my eyes; why then should I look upon a young woman?”

Job 31:1.
