BIOGRAPHY OF AUTHORS
Ermalati Putri, S.Pd., Gr.
Ermalati Putri, S.Pd., Gr. is an English teacher in one of English courses in
Palembang. She completed her elementary school up to senior high
school education in Palembang. She graduated from SMA Negeri 10
Palembang in 2018. Then, she continued her S1 degree and professional
program at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) in the
program of the English Education Department at Sriwijaya University.
She also continued her Master's degree at Sriwijaya University. Her
research interests are in the area of ELT and development research
concerning on teaching materials.
Dr. Rita Inderawati, M.Pd.
Dr. Rita Inderawati, M.Pd., is a Vice Dean of Faculty Teacher Training
and Education at Sriwijaya University. She is also an English lecturer in
English Education both in the Undergraduate and Master’s Degree
Programs at FKIP Sriwijaya University. She is interested in teaching
literature, academic writing, literacy, and textbook development for her
research. She has participated in International Collaborative Research
with QUT, Brisbane, Deakin University Melbourne, and Flinders
University, Adelaide, where she became the Principal Investigator in the
team. 2020 another international collaboration research was conducted
with Utah State University, USA. She became a speaker of research
writing for lecturers at Sriwijaya University and other universities in South
Sumatra. She became the keynote speaker, was invited as the speaker
for the academic writing workshop, and was the research reviewer of
Dikti and Unsri from 2009-2014. Some academic journals In Indonesia
employ her as a reviewer. Her achievements are The Best Lecturer of
Sriwijaya University, 2010; The Unsri Best Education Researcher, 2011;
The Best Lecturer of Sriwijaya University, 2013; and The Best Researcher
of Competency Research of Indonesian Higher Education (Dikti), 2013.
Machdalena Vianty, M.Ed., M.Pd., Ed.D.
Machdalena Vianty, M.Ed., M.Pd., Ed.D. is a Lecturer at the English
Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education,
Sriwijaya University. She is also a coodinator of Program Profesi Guru
(PPG) in Sriwijaya University. She completed her Master (M.Ed) and
Doctoral (Ed.D) Studies at the School of Education, Flinders University of
South Australia. Her research interests include, but not limited to the
following areas: English Language Teaching, teacher education, and
educational leadership.
