Questions to Ask Yourself:

Prayerfully consider if this is what God is calling you to do:

                   1. Do you feel that you can commit to the time involved?

                   2. Do you believe this is something God is calling you to do?
                   3. Your call to the team should begin with a sense of God’s calling.

                   4. Do you believe that God has called you to lead others into worship through your involvement in
                       the Worship Ministry?

               Personal Questions To Ask Yourself:
                   - In your own words, what is the role of a worship leader?

A worship leader is an individual who is passionate and dedicated to the glory of God. Someone
who will continuously humble themselves to be a channel between God’s people and God. To
allow God to use them to usher the ministry into his presence and Glory. To allow God to use
them and their worship to minister to lives and help lead to them during their worship. They will
continuously allow God to speak and lead them. A true worship leader is one who can lead a team
while following the will of God. They must be able to be a leader in Christ and follower of
                       Christ.
                   - Why do you feel you have called to be a worship leader?
I believe that I have been called to be a worship leader because of my love of being in God’s
presence and my passion for worshipping. I worship at home, at work, on the way to work, on the
way home. As I continue to grow in Christ, I realize that I breathe to worship. I believe that I have
been called to be a worship leader not only because of the prophecy i received 6 years ago but
because of my dedication to wanting others to experience the presence of God and to
                       continuously feel his presence.
