Hsu, Mei-Yueh
Ms. Hsu obtained her Master of Fine Arts degree
from National Tainan University of Arts. From 2002 to
2003, she was the artist-in-residence at the Productive
Sugar-Factory Museum for three terms. In 2006,
her sculpture works won an Award of Merit at the
Taiwan Provincial Fine Arts Exhibition and Nanying
Art Exhibition. In 2008, she received a grant from the
National Cultural Art Foundation to be an artist-in-
residence at Japan's Ceramics Village. Her artworks
won an Award of Merit (3D Crafts) at the Huangxi Art
Exhibition in 2011, Second Prize at the Miaoli National
Ceramic Awards, a shortlisting at the Taiwan Ceramics
Biennale in 2012, and Gold Medal at the 1st New
Taipei City Ceramics Innovation Awards.
