Fast-forward even more to Mr. Michael Allen (these were looooong, involved phone calls—for both of them—let
alone me. lol), and your shop’s run-of-success continues. Mr. Allen’s inevitably-successful conclusion to the saga
necessitated sharing his screen, having me type in necessary info for almost 30+ minutes remotely, and then try,
and retry, and retry, and retry a myriad of different scenarios until he was able to clinically determine what the
problems were (there were several). And he did so with a remarkable degree of patience, and a calm, deliberate
tone and disposition, in the face of inexplicable failures that should’ve worked—while explaining all the way.
Sorry for the monster sentences, but you get my drift—he was also awesome.
I was so impressed at the level, quality, and competency of the service that they gave, I had to leave this formal
5-star review. They were just wonderful—as was their User Support Manager Mr. Xavier Parada. Just like the
aforementioned stars I mentioned, Mr. Parada was so gracious and humbly proud of his people and their work
ethic. They definitely necessitated me getting him on the phone to tell him myself, and I’m glad I did. He should be
                       very proud.
And all of that is to say that Mr. Michael, Ms. Cashmire, and Mr. Parada are jewels that should be out in front
whenever you tout your hero’s and your strengths. Whatever y’all are doing . . . y’all are doing it right.
Thanks so much, and very sincerely.
Kudos to both Cashmire and Michael for your outstanding customer service, as well as to Xavier Prada for demonstrating that
excellence is a team trait for MIL’s Library staff!

Josh Muir and Jonathon Talcott — REPS latest Employees of the Moment!

Congratulations to REPS own Josh Muir and Jonathon Talcott (not pictured), who both secured
their places in the REPS history books as Employees of the Moment!
Josh and Jonathan’s moments arrived in February 2023 when EVP Tom Clark and Engineering
Manager Lewis Collier bestowed the highly coveted awards. Josh Muir walked away with
his Employee of the Moment trophy for his outstanding support to the V-22 Osprey Mobile
Maintenance Facility (MMF) installation efforts at Kisarazu Air Field in Japan. Josh rose to
the occasion by performing a multitude of tasks related to installation and setup of the Conex-
based support facilities, including mechanical setup, wiring, equipment unpacking, and general
cleaning of the facility to remove vestiges of overseas transport residue.
Jonathan Talcott may be one the fastest recipients of the REPS Employee of the Moment award.
In his first month at REPS, Jonathan dug into a substantial audio/visual code base written by
another vendor, wrote code to understand and classify a lingering anomaly, and then wrote code
to resolve the issue. His efforts not only demonstrated his prowess but also enabled REPS to
gain renewed trust from the sponsor. [Kudos should probably also go out to the hiring manager,
recruiting/HR team, etc., that made Jonathan a part of the REPS team!]
In addition to their trophies and recognition, both Josh and Jonathan received a $250 bonus as a token of MIL’s appreciation for
        work well done!

                          Aurelia Ho
January 27th brought a very special gift to MIL’s Janice Ho and her family—the birth of baby
Aurelia. Arriving at 1:22 on Friday afternoon, baby Aurelia was welcomed by her sister Elowyn.
                          Congratulations to the Ho family!
