Managing Summertime Blues
We hope your summer is going well, and you are enjoying long days, warm weather, and quality time
with friends and family. For those who have already taken a well-deserved vacation, we hope you had
rest, relaxation, and good times. For those planning to take one in the future, we wish you the same.
With the summer season comes a few things that all teams need to consider. Turns out that summers
aren’t very productivity friendly. A Captivate Network study reveals that productivity goes down by 20
percent during the summer months with projects taking 13 percent longer to complete as employees
aren’t very focused.
Keeping your employees motivated to continue to drive productivity in the summer can be a daunting
task, but below are a few tips to follow (if applicable for your place of work) that might just help continue
and possibly increase productivity!
