Spencer Jacob Bailey Georgina Wallace Goulet

Congratulations to Jeff and Josie Bailey Jeff Goulet, a Financial Analyst in
on the birth of their son, and to Adalie Charleston, and his wife welcomed their
on the addition of her baby brother, first baby, Georgina Wallace Goulet, on
Spencer Jacob. Spencer was born on February 28th. Cheers to the Goulet
February 14, 2017. He weighed 6 lbs family!
9 ozs and was 20” long. Jeff works at
Pax River on the RDT&E contract.

Sea Air Space Exposition and Navy Small Business Forum

The Department of the Navy Office of Small Business Programs (DON OSBP) is pleased to invite you
to attend the Sea Air Space Exposition and DON OSBP Small Business Forum being held on April 5,
2017 at the Gaylord Convention Center in National Harbor, Md.
The Forum will open with networking, followed by a variety of special guest speakers, including
Ms. Allison Stiller, the Acting Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development and
Acquisition and Mr. Elliott Branch, Deputy Assistant to the Secretary of the Navy for Acquisition and
Procurement. This year’s event will also feature a special presentation from the DON’s Acquisition
Integrity Office on “ Suspension and Debarment - What You Need to Know.”

2017 ASMC National pdi
May 31- June 2, 2017 | San Diego, CA
MIL will exhibit and attend ASMC PDI. The event is a premier training event for resource/financial managers in the
Department of Defense, US Coast Guard, and public and private sectors. The three-day training event features a full
day of Service and Defense Agencies workshops; six general sessions with keynote speakers; 17 mini-courses aligned to
the DoD Financial Management Certification Program competencies and associated proficiency levels; more than fifty
financial management, audit, acquisition, and workforce management workshops; and other special activities.
2017 AGA Professional development Training
July 9-12, 2017 | Boston, MA.
MIL will exhibit and attend AGA PDT. AGA is a member organization for government financial management
professionals. Through training and events, professional certification, publications and ongoing education, AGA helps
members build their skills and advance their careers. AGA is committed to increasing government accountability and
transparency and has been instrumental in assisting with the development of accounting and auditing standards and in
generating new concepts for the effective organization and administration of government financial management.
