Congratulations, you’ve been
promoted...NOW WHAT?
If you recently were promoted or have been a supervisor for
a short time you may be wondering, “What does becoming a
supervisor involve? What skills are needed to be a good one
and what will others expect of me? These questions are natural
because moving into your first supervisory role represents
possibly one of the biggest changes in your working life. The
transition is exciting, but will present challenges.
Our MILTON Supervisor Enrichment Program is geared
towards employees who are new to supervising or aspire to such
a position. You’ll prepare best if you use every available resource.
Each of the courses average 30-60 minutes in duration. Job Aids
and Skillbriefs are also available. These are standalone, text-based
documents that provide supporting information for the current
topic. This program is optional, but highly recommended.
