MILTON (MIL Training Online) was developed as a means of helping Intro to Skillsoft Percipio
employees grow professionally and personally. Choose what interests you! for Learners
MILTON offers free courses, certification prep, practice labs, books, book
summaries, and audiobooks.
The training year ends on December 31st. Employees who are currently
enrolled should take note of their course completions status. If enrollment
occurred between January and May, a minimum of 5 courses must be
completed by December 31st. If enrollment occurred between June and
October, a minimum of 4 courses must be completed by December 31st.
Employees who do not complete the minimum number of required courses
by December 31st will be unable to participate in MILTON in 2023. All
employees wishing to continue training in 2023 must re-enroll.
Skillsoft’s immersive learning platform, Percipio, offers certification preparation for numerous global leaders in information
technology and sponsors of best practices in business processes. Dozens of certifications are included. Some of the more
popular ones are CompTIA, (ISC)2, ISAC, Cisco, CEH, AWS, GCP, PMI and Microsoft. After becoming certified, use Percipio
to remain certified with CPEs and PDUs. Percipio is Latin for "Acquiring Knowledge"— we hope it helps you sharpen your
current skills, dive into new ones, and feel confident that no matter what professional challenges present themselves tomorrow,
you'll be ready.

As an extra incentive to promote your participation, MIL rewards its Contributing as a Virtual Team Member
dedicated training program participants with training awards. The Length: 17 minutes
