Review Timesheets
        Timesheets are to be completed daily and reviewed and approved no later than 5:30 p.m.
        every other Friday. Please review all timesheets for the following:

        •  Correct charge codes (holidays, PTO, bereavement, jury duty, events, training).
        •  Hours worked.
        •   Signature.
        Timesheet Floor Checks
        MIL uses a DCAA-approved system to collect, maintain, and process timekeeping.
        Employees must enter time, rounded to the nearest half hour, exactly as worked daily.
        To ensure that we are compliant, MIL conducts floor checks to ensure that each MIL
        employee has an updated timesheet.

        Authorize Expense Reports
        Managers are responsible for pre-approval of all Travel and Expense reports submitted
        using Deltek Expense reporting. It is your responsibility to ensure that the reports
        submitted represent expenses that are directly related to approved business. Please be
        sure to thoroughly review all expense reports and documentation for accuracy prior to
        approving.

        ADP

        ADP is the HR/payroll system utilized at MIL. This system is also used to maintain
        employee information, taxes, benefits, retirement, review, paystubs, and manage/track
        employee performance. ADP is available as a mobile application.
        Employee and Team Information
        As a manager, you have access to your team’s work information within ADP. ADP is also
        used for conducting annual performance appraisals. The performance management tool
        indicates when appraisals are due, complete, and overdue.

        MILTON
        MIL Training Online (MILTON) is a free digital learning platform using video-based content
        which enables employee learning about industry leading skills. Employees are encouraged
        to participate in MIL’s free online training program to enhance current skills, promote the
        development of new skills, and nurture professional growth.
        Employees may take as many courses as they wish in any available field they choose;
        however, at least one course must be from the Professional Improvement Library.  Please
        see more about MILTON in the Employee Development Section.

        Everfi
        MIL conducts compliance-based training through the online training system, Everfi.
        Employees will be notified of all required training and must complete them by the
        designated deadline. Managers are notified when completion deadlines are overdue; they
        are expected to reinforce the deadlines.
